I didn't read much book on June. I only read The Invention of Hugo Cabret and comic The Best Skilled Surgeon Volume 8. For me, comic The Best Skilled Surgeon Volume 8 is the most exciting one among that 2 books. In that volume, the author shows other side of Saijo (the cast), and it's absolutely cute. He is a prodigi surgeon but in other side he is extremely green, so pure and innocent. I love the moment when his partner surgeon, a female surgeon, ask him to meet at midnight at the hotel before the special surgery, he answer "oke. but I am snoring loud when sleep". But actually there's no one who said they will sleep that night haha the female surgeon want to meet him to tell the secret about the organ of the patient that will be operated tomorrow. And actually, that female surgeon is a spy but she aware of what she was doing and try to fix the problem.
ReplyDeleteWhat Iam trying to say is Saijo is extremely green. Why? because when a female ask him to meet at midnight at the hotel, he didn't think about any other things. He just thinking about meet then sleep, deep sleep until he can snoring loudly. It's cute :)
I am reading "Proxy" right now and it's pretty awesome so far. Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI read a lot of books in June so it is hard to remember:p I guess it would be Pretty Girl 13. Disturbing but really good! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteMoonlight by Victoria Danann
ReplyDeleteThe most exciting book I read in June was Slammed by Colleen Hoover. It's one of the sweetest love stories I've ever read AND it includes something called "slam poetry". Check it out if you need something to read! :D
ReplyDeleteThrone of Glass by Sarah J. Maas. I love strong heroines and Celaena is definitely that. I'm eagerly awaiting the second book Crown of Midnight. Oh, and not to mention I love the love triangle in it. I'm totally torn between Chaol and Dorian. THanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI haven't read anything in June.
